AIPAC Policy Conference 2020

Jahan Berns

Jahan Berns grew up in Uganda during its civil war in the early 1980s. Her father, George Nkwanga, was a high-ranking military officer who worked to further peace in his war-torn country. After being introduced to AIPAC, Jahan has translated her passion for the Jewish people in the Bible into political activism for the U.S.-Israel relationship.
